This model is designed for speed; however, the stability that is often lacking in this category has been preserved, allowing users who are not particularly seeking performance to enjoy both relaxed and sporty paddles. It is an excellent compromise for paddlers who want to enjoy peaceful outings with minimal effort while also having the option for more sporty adventures combining endurance and great glide sensations. The Race is a hybrid shape model, combining features from "Touring" style boards and racing boards. To position it within the range, unlike the "All-round" models, it won't be easy to surf waves with this board. However, this "sacrifice" is largely compensated by its ease of speed and excellent glide sensations. Whether on calm or choppy waters, the Race model performs very well. Its pointed nose gives it a certain insensitivity to chop. We highly recommend it to sport enthusiasts passionate about cardio, to those who appreciate great glide, and to those looking for spots that require some acceleration to navigate currents or other water obstacles. It is also perfectly suitable for family use, with each member able to use it in their own way, more or less sportily, either alone or with company, as the front of the board is spacious enough to accommodate one or two children as passengers.
