Very fragile neoprene

The first suit I received had to be sent back as it was covered in nail marks and pull tears. I assumed that someone hadn’t taken much care when trying it on. The second one I received was in good condition, however, despite being a little on the large side and my being very careful putting it on, a couple of small pull tears appeared after using it once. A quick google showed that I’m not the only one to have the same problem with this particular wetsuit. Customer service refused to accept that there may be an issue with the materials so refused a refund, only suggesting that I repair it with glue. Seems I’m stuck with a suit that will likely be full of holes within 6 months. That’ll teach me to google things before I buy in future!
